Logging in to the system
Know Your Username and Password?
You are set. Head on over to the grants portal login page.
Forgot Your Password?
If you have an account but forgot your password, go to the grants portal login page, enter your email, and use the “forgot password” process to create a new password.
Not Sure If You Have An Account?
If you do not know your grant portal information, please check with your organization. The organization likely has an account in our system already. Duplicate accounts created for an organization can cause confusion.
If your organization does not know if an account already exists, you can check with us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Help make sure your organization’s information is current and accurate
Once you have logged in, please review your organization’s profile.
- Make sure the organization description is complete and updated. This description is the first information our board reads about your organization. Missing or outdated information is noticeable.
- Complete or update the contact information for all active users listed to your account. It is helpful to have at least two current contacts for your organization in case the employee assigned to the active grant leaves the organization.
- Let us know if we need to add or delete any contacts from your account. A quick email to email@example.com with the information to update works well.
